Useful for my team! We all (about 80 of us) use Magical to communicate with our customers and document our files. Saves me lots of time. Only drawbacks are these: 1. Macros will only work within your browser. Nothing unexpected, I would just LOVE if they worked outside of it, haha. New users should be aware of this. 2. Sometimes my macros won’t work in certain windows… only sometimes, lol. I’ll go to enter a macro to text a customer in Ring Central, and while this works 95% of the time, sometimes I’ll type my shortcut, hit enter, and the shortcut disappears but my macro text doesn’t appear. This happens in phases, meaning it just won’t work for a couple hours every once in a while. I’ve checked pop-up settings, site settings, all that stuff, and I can’t figure out why it’s happening. Not a huge deal, I just copy/paste from the extension page, but it’s still a little annoying not knowing what’s causing it.
