Works great. Takes a lot of redundancy out of writing responses. Only thing is I can’t get the inline styles to render different text colors. Not a horrible thing by any stretch, but it’s my only complaint

Haven’t had a lot of experience with it but so far so good. Since I use zendesk and salesforce for work it helps save a lot of time and increases my productivity.

Context: I work in a customer service role. Magical is excellent! Being able to craft shortcuts that can include formatting, including embedded hyperlinks, is a significant time-saver and lets me work more efficiently than ever before. I highly recommend it!

Great extension, make me finish tasks faster and with zero errors in spelling since i already have my shortcuts saved.

This extension is awesome. I have been using it for about 5 years. It saves me about 6 work weeks of typing a year!! Incredible. I have 91 shortcuts saved and some are 8 paragraphs or longer.

Been using Magical auto text expander for a while now and could not be more happy. It works on all platforms that I use to get the job done. Started implementing this extension with my Team now to help them work more efficiently.

Something I now take for Granted Use this every day and don’t realise it, it is such a habit or reflex that i feel that it has always been there. Imagine if it wasn’t? How painful! it makes the simplest to difficult tasks so easy with minimal maintenance. Absolutely brilliant, a must for chrome.

It doesn’t work everywhere, but for my daily work in the tools I use the most - it works. I love it, it saves me so much time! And it’s super useful when you need to stay consistent with certain sentences that you will always write the same.

I’ve found Magical to be very useful for automating routine text passages that I type all the time in email. As a journalist, I get dozens of PR pitches every day and use Magical to send the most common responses. It has worked flawlessly in my experience.
