I’ve been using this app for almost 7 years now (back when it was still called “AutoText Expander.” The Magical update has brought some awesome features! I would like a few things back though, like the delays. But overall, I recommend it to anyone who has to type for a living (so like everyone).

Awesome tool that saves me time and annoyance in my daily emails for my business. I can create shortcuts for embedded links which is my favorite use that saves me time. Also, the support is AWESOME. This is a totally free tool but I reached out to Harpaul and the team and got a response within hours including a Loom video walking me through the solution. Really excellent tool and support. It’s a no-brainer.

I have used this program for years and it has saved a lot of time and hassle. In all of that time, I have never had problems with the service until recently. The change to Magical included format change that created issues for my eCommerce system. I almost gave up trying to find a solution to make it work and finally decided to ask (I know…should have done that first). He took the time to record a video to show me how to overcome this issue…for a program that I don’t pay for. That gets an extra star in my book.

Lost all my data in the move from the original version to magical. Edit: Magical gave me a call and helped to resolve the issue. This is the first time a developer has reached out to help me. The extension is now working faultlessly.

Great extension! Easy to use, auto-text pops up super quick, and it saves me a ton of time since I previously found myself typing the same messages over and over again. Highly recommended!!!

I have tried loads of different extensions apps trying to accomplish the same thing as this one, but this is hands down the best. Saves me a lot of button pushes in my job. My wrists and shoulders, and me love this app!!!

I have been using the 1.x version of this for a couple years now and it has saved me lots of time. I finally got frustrated with the lack of support in facebook messenger and reached out to the developer. They helped me easily upgrade to the 3.x version which has a ton of improvements as well as support for messenger in the browser which is what I needed most. I also use it for google voice (SMS) and gmail, as well as filling out forms… It is a huge productivity aide for me and I have my entire team use it as well. There is a slight learning curve and I was always looking up my shortcuts in ver 1.x, but with 3.x and the use of //, I can be pretty efficient.

Love the new interface and all the new integrations!! keep up the great work, the only thing i wonder if with this new awesome update, are they gonna charge us to use it in the near future??

This extension is awesome so far for me. I just abruptly lost the use of the extension called “Insert Text” as Google flagged is a dangerous. Not sure why.. been using it for years. Found this little gem and I’m back up and running and can now insert all of my various text snippets to Gmail. Keep up the good work! You’ve got a new fan :))

This is a great extension and saves me a ton of time. I have a lot of templates that I use over and over and I can literally insert a paragraph that would take a few minutes to type by hand in less than a second. I had an issue a few days ago with it not working, but I contacted the developers, and they got back to me promptly, solved the problem efficiently, and the extension is now working again. This is one of my favorite (if not absolute favorite) Chrome extension.
