LINER is a private web/PDF highlighter of text found anywhere on the web, in your saved Pocket and Instapaper articles, and in PDFs uploaded to LINER. You can even save your personal notes on the text you’ve highlighted via Comments. LINER allows you to share your highlighted text with others and they can also insert Comments. Highlights and comments can also be exported to EverNote with links to original article. Liner can also send you reminders via email of what you have read/highlighted that automates follow-up for me. I have previously tried many other “highlighter” apps and extensions, but none were so intuitive and easy to use, or offered so many features/options useful to me.

This is a terrific Add On for ANYONE who wants to save something to read later, study further, or use as a guide. I use it several times a day!

Works beautifully in Gmail and in other sites though problematic in Facebook. Have to copy-paste to make sure it sticks in FB.

Unlike other reviewers, I highlight the highpoints, summaries and most trenchant sentences in an article. Liner lets me go back and review those sentences. It works great.

This and Highly. I prefer LINER since Highly is too social, but that’s just a matter of preference(use). The handoff to Evernote and Pocket is great. Great improvement would be for the hilited section to jump to the section in the original webpage when clicked. Also, if the user is already connected to Evernote, then it should save automatically to Evernote. Android. Downloaded the app via Amazon, but it’s buggy as hell. iOS works.

Amazing tool to use for chrome. This may be one of the most beneficial apps for a data entry position. Although it would be nice to be able to download AHK on my work computer xD oh well

Works as specified. Use it in my gmail. Especially useful since I need to retype the same thing for a lot of emails.

I love LINER. Have been expecting a productivity tool like this for a long time. It would be even better if LINER is integrated into Pocket. I have made this feature request to Pocket many times. Hope they listen before someone else acquires LINER.
